Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your full-priced purchase, you may return your style(s) for a merchandise store credit. CSC DOESN'T ISSUE REFUNDS for any purchase. Orders can NOT be cancelled. Any order that is cancelled due to being out of stock will be issued a STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE FOR IN STOCK ITEM. 

Customers should notify CSC in writing at info@curvyyslayercollection.com within 3 calendar days after your package has been delivered. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. *We do not provide return shipping labels*. Customer contact information and order information should be included when notifying CSC. CSC will apply a credit for the customer to use on a future purchase.

CSC suggests using USPS due to it being the most cost-efficient shipping method.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, free of fragrance, and in the same condition that you received it. This includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, crochet rips, safety pins on product, incomplete strapping or buttons, make up stains, etc. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing. Products found damaged and used will not receive store credit.

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.

If 3 calendar days have passed after receiving your delivered item and you have not notified CSC, you will not be able to exchange your item.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with the next steps to complete your request. 

All clearance items are final sale.

All promotional items are final sale.

CSC shapewear, jewelry, scarves, bags, undergarments, bodysuits, and all accessory items are final sale.

At this time we do not offer international shipping – only DOMESTIC.

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you do not receive a confirmation email(s) within hours of placing your order and it’s not in your junk or spam folder, the email address you registered might be incorrect. Please contact us via email.  

 

DO STORE CREDITS EXPIRE?

Curvyy Slayer Collection store credits never expire, so you can shop anytime you want. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification with your store credit. All orders placed with store credit are final sale and non returnable.

 

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR IT’S NOT WHAT I ORDERED?

In the rare case that your shipment contains a defective item, or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will ship you a replacement at no (shipping) charge and credit the cost of your return shipping charges once your return is received. If you don't wish to receive a replacement item, we will gladly refund your return shipping cost in the form of a store credit if you would like to return the item. Please include all original packaging and attach a brief note on your receipt explaining the defect or indicate on your receipt the item was shipped in error.
