WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Curvyy Slayer Collection utilizes USPS as our primary shipping carrier. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses or unclaimed/refused packages. To guarantee that your package is correctly delivered, and you obtain your order within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address, phone number, and email are fully entered and correct.

We do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for the price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

You can track your package using the supplied tracking number. If your tracking information indicates your order as delivered and you have not received it, please make a claim with USPS. Curvyy Slayer Collection is not responsible for packages that tracking states it has been delivered by the carrier. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 2-3 days of purchasing, please send an email to info@curvyyslayercollection.com

DELAYED SHIPPING

Once shipped in the least likely event that your package is delayed. Please contact the shipping carrier along with referring back to your tracking number. Curvyy Slayer Collection is not responsible for delayed packages.


PREORDER ITEMS

Any item marked preorder in the product title will be shipped on or around the estimated ship date indicated in the item's description. If your order contains a preorder item, your entire order will ship on or about the given ship date in the preorder’s description.

DO CURVYY SLAYER COLLECTION OFFER LOCAL PICK UP?

CSC offers local pick up. Simply select local pick up during check out in order to avoid the shipping fee. Pickup orders are available 24-48 hours after order has been placed. A team member from CSC will contact you via text in order to arrange pick up. If items are failed to be picked up within  three days of notification a $10 holding fee will be charged per day.
